1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned only if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Process

- Our support team will provide instructions for return shipping.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued via Cash on Delivery refund process (arranged at the time of pickup or replacement).
- Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
- If replacement is requested, we will ship the replacement item after confirming the return.
